I tried to exchange for a different size and it took longer than I expected to get a clear answer. I had to follow up a couple of times, and the exchange rules felt a bit confusing to me. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but overall it wasn’t really worth the hassle for me...

I thought it was going to be a lot nicer for the price. It looked great online, and I was kind of excited to get it, but then in person it was just... I don’t know, basic. Like, not terrible or anything, but definitely not something I’d pay that much for again. Unless the price dropped a lot, I don’t think I’d order it again.

the order did show up fine, but the tracking didn’t update for a few days so I wasn’t really sure where it was. Support got back to me later, which helped. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish the shipping updates were a bit clearer.

These clothes are really comfortable and super easy to wear all day. The fit was good for the most part too. I’m giving 4 stars because the price feels a bit high, but comfort-wise, I’m definitely happy.

I wasn’t a customer or anything, I just was checking out the site. The design feel a bit all over the place to me, and it wasn’t super easy to browse around. Some pages looked really plain, but then other parts was kind of cluttered. it didn’t make me feel much trust to keep looking.

My order showed up packed really well, and the box looked clean and neat. Everything inside was folded nicely and nothing was damaged, which I appreciated. It also didn’t feel overpacked—actually, I mean it had just the right amount of packaging. The only small issue was that one corner of the box was a little crushed, but the items inside were totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I was stressed when the issue came up, but they got it fixed really quickly. Such a relief!

It’s an okay item overall, but the color wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the pictures?! It’s not terrible or anything, I just thought it would be a closer match. Shipping was totally fine though.

I do like a lot of the pieces on munsthebrand, but it feels like every time I find something I actually want, my size is already sold out. It gets frustrating because I’ll click around, check colors, open the size options, and after all those steps it still ends up being unavailable.

I wish they restocked more often or made the sizing/stock info easier to see upfront so I’m not wasting time going through the whole process. I ended up leaving without buying anything again. Giving it 2 stars for now

The fabric feels soft, so that part’s nice. But after wearing it a few times, it started feeling a little thin, so yeah, it’s okay but not something I’d call my favorite.

I bought a hoodie from munsthebrand.com and was excited when it showed up. My card was charged without any issue, and I’m not really concerned about order updates or anything like that since it arrived fine. At first, it looked nice and the fit was decent.
After just a few washes though, it started looking worn out way too fast. The fabric began pilling a lot, and the stitching near one of the sleeves started coming loose, even though I was just wearing it normally.

For the price, I expected better quality. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t buy another hoodie from them

Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering this, the fit was a little off for me and it runs smaller than expected. You might want to size up if you're between sizes.

I don’t know what else people expect, but the delivery came on time and the box was in perfectly fine shape. No issues on my end.

I’ve got to blame whoever runs this for making the sizing actually consistent for once. It fit just how I expected, with no weird surprises
